Practice starts tonight at the pool!
We have practice this week evenings only, Monday Tuesday and Thursday.

6:45pm-7:30 pm for 8 and unders

7:30-8:30 for 9 and overs

Please wear your swimsuit and bring goggles and a towel.

Our warm up time is 8:00-8:30. Please arrive by 8:00am. We will be in the pool at 8:10. Meet start is 8:45. The time in swimtopia is incorrect.  Sorry for the confusion.
