Good Evening,

Below you will find important information concerning our Champs Swim Meet on Sunday, June 25th and our Fun Meet on Thursday, June 29th. Please read all the information carefully as MANY things have changed. 

CHAMPS:

• All swimmers, regardless of times, are able to swim at this swim meet.
• NEW LOCATION: We have planned to split the meet into two locations due to the time constraints. Westport and Stanley will swim at STANLEY. Combined our teams have about 150 swimmers. This will greatly cut down on meet length. Tentatively, we will have warm ups at 8:00am and swim meet will start at 8:30am. We hope to be finished before noon.
• Declarations/Entries will close this Thursday, June 22nd.
• Megan may contact volunteers to do some switching around. Thank you for your patience!
• The theme for the swim meet is Tropical. Can't wait to see your special tropical attire!

FUN MEET

• This is where we will let our hair down and have some fun! Everything is made up and the points don't matter!
• If there is something your swimmer wants to try, this is the time!
• Our Futures swimmers will participate in this swim meet. Those swimmers will swim the 25 Freestyle. Coach Shannon will reach out to those families on how to sign up.
• Warm up at 5:30. Meet Start 6:00
• Attached you will find the event line up. I've combined 5-10 age groups and 11 & up to help with time. Limited to 4 individual events per swimmer.
• Relays:
  • We will have our annual family free relay. The only rule is that each relay should have at least 1 adult and 1 child, please write "family relay" in the comment box if your family plans to participate.
  • Kickboard relay for ages 5-10 and t-shirt free relay for ages 11 & up, please select if your child wants to participate by using the relay drop down that says your swimmer is "available for all relays"
• Coaches will participate in the coaches doggie paddle race. Please do not sign your swimmers up for this event
• We will use timers for the individual events so swimmers can use those times for next season. Please sign up to volunteer if you can!
