Location:  761 Club Drive, Stanley, NC 28164 

Parking: Parking will be in our main lot or across the street from the pool. Park wherever you can find a spot. 

Warm Ups: Cowans – Warm up 5:00-5:25PM 

Westport - Warm up 5:25-5:50PM 

Deck: Cowans will have parents and swimmers set up on the pool deck closest to the club 

Westport will have parents and swimmers set up on the deck side closest to the parking lot (opposite side of the club). I would suggest bringing tents and cords to tie them to the fence (lots of wind today). Our coaching staff will bring a couple. There is minimal shade. Our clerk of course will be on our side of the pool by the blocks. 

Concessions: CFGC will be providing concessions food & drinks. One of our valued sponsor's, Rita's Italian Ice, will also be onsite. Cash or card is accepted. 

Volunteers: Check in on the veranda with our lovely volunteer coordinators. If you are volunteering, please avoid adult beverages before & during your shift. 

 5:45PM – Timers & Stroke & Turn meeting – on the veranda 

5:55pm Event 1 lined up behind the block / or opposite end of pool and events 2 & 3 lined up in Clerk 

6PM Star Spangled banner and immediately after Event 1 starts
