PARKING at Birkdale will be dicey! Please bring your patience. Please see the attached map for directions on where to park. Please DO NOT park on the road behind the pool denoted in red on the attached.

Deck (see attached map)
Westport parents with swimmers, set up on the side closest to the playground. Birkdale parents with swimmers set up on the street side of the pool, in an area that starts at the club house fireplace and around the splash pad area, but please do not enter the splash pad gate.General seating in the open area closest to the clubhouse - No tents allowed.

Each team will manage their own Child gathering and Clerk of Course. Benches will be set up under the white pergola on each side.

Warm Up:

Birkdale 5:00 - 5:25 / WESTPORT 5:25 - 5:50

First event starts promptly at 6pm.

Concessions
Chik-fila 8ct nuggets, Pizza by the slice, Jimmy John's subs, Chips, Soda, Candy, Water. Cash or card is accepted.

Volunteers
Birkdale and Westport Volunteer check in tables will be located near the pool entrance by the guard shack. Volunteer Check in begins at 5pm 5:30pm Timers/S&T meeting at the Starter tent
