See attachment for the information you need for our swim meet with Latta Spring/Stevens Grove. I will send the heat sheet with combined events when I receive it. Should be a little after 1:00pm. This is the time it will be published to the app as well.  

The most important information: 

• Address: 6101 Stephens Grove Lane, Huntersville
• Westport warm up: 5:25 to 5:50. 
• Our swimmer seating section is marked "Cowans" on the attached pool deck map. SGLS are also the Stingrays 
• Timer meeting at 5:40 under the pavilion  
• Stroke & Turn meeting at 5:50 near the starter table 

Thinking ahead to next week:

• Swim meet at home against Cowans Ford on Tuesday 6/24
• Make up swim meet with Birkdale @ Birkdale on Thursday 6/26
  • This meet still needs to be added to swimtopia by Birkdale. I will update when available for declarations
• Swim Team Party Wednesday, 6/25
• Additional swim practice Saturday 6/28 9-9:45am at Westport 
• Championship Swim Meet Sunday, 6/29 
  • Our warm up will be 7:45 - 8am. Last year the meet finished at 1:30pm. We will  only have 1 relay per age group (if possible) at this event. 

  Please complete all declarations for our remaining swim meets ASAP! Due date for all remaining meets is Sunday 6/22**
