Volunteer sign ups are now open on Swimtopia. To learn about the different jobs refer to our website: https://westport.swimtopia.com/volunteer-positions We will teach/review you what you need to know for each job prior to the start of the swim meet.

Each family is required to sign up for two volunteer spots. Each family must commit to two shifts before their swimmer(s) can participate in swim meets. Below is a step by step guide on how to sign up.

1.) Sign in at the Westport Swimtopia site and go to the "meets & events" tab and click "sign up calendar": https://westport.swimtopia.com/swim_meets

2.) You will see a list of the swim meets scheduled for this season. On the right hand side of the page beside each swim meet will be a green box labeled "job sign up." Clicking on this box will take you to the open volunteer slots for the corresponding swim meet.

Pick two volunteer slots that fit your schedule. Your two jobs can be during the same swim meet or over two swim meets. Most jobs are for half a swim meet. If you run into any issues or have questions, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We will be happy to assist you.
