Meet Info 6/4 at Latta and Team Shirts
Team shirts will be handed out tonight at practice. We do have practice tomorrow morning at 8am for all ages- it will not be a hard practice, but a great way to get ready for the meet.

Please read this email - there is a lot of information about our first swim meet tomorrow night! We anticipate nearly 160 swimmers! We are so excited and we hope you are too!
Seating
- Parent Viewing will be STANDING ROOM ONLY on deck. Parents and swimmers will not be permitted to sit on the deck. Swimmers and parents will need use our designated team seating area outside the pool fence area. You may come onto the deck to watch your swimmer then please make room for others to do the same! Please bring a chair or towel to sit on.

Volunteers- Please check in with Coach Sara in the Westport seating area.
Pre-Meet Meetings are for both shifts
All Timer Meeting (includes shifts 1 & 2) promptly at 5:45 near the starter table.
We will provide you with your clipboard, pen and stopwatch.
Stroke & Turn Meeting (includes shifts 1 & 2) 5:50 near the clerk of course under the pergola.
Parking
PARKING should be on one side of the street only! Focus on north and west side, when possible. Latta Springs Circle allows for many cars. Carpool if you can, parking can get tight.
Food
There will be food trucks on site- sandwiches and frozen treats- but you are welcome to bring your own snacks/food/cooler- NO GLASS. Keep our swimmers hydrated!
Heat Sheet
Once the meet is set and finalized by both teams, we will receive a heat sheet. This is usually Tuesday afternoon and we will then email it. This will list your swimmers events, heat, lanes. You can also reference this on your Swimtopia app.
It helps tremendously if you swimmer comes to warm up with their event, heat, lane written on their arm/leg already. We will have Jr coaches available to help if needed.
Relays-
If your swimmer is on a relay, please remember that we are counting on them and so are 3 other swimmers! If you must leave early due to illness or emergency, PLEASE let Kim or Sara know so that we can make every effort to find a sub.
What to Bring-
Team shirt, suit, goggles and cap, chair, snacks, water, sunscreen, lots of towels, marker for event/heat/lane writing on swimmer
